Awesome folks were involved on all sides of the table. Behind the table, Betsy Streeter and Fun Jen<\/strong> kept me laughing\u2026 they truly are awesome booth mates\u2026 and Betsy just rocks\u2026 check out her site http:\/\/betsystreeter.com.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

\"APE-2015\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The nice folks running APE had a huge challenge this year\u2026 taking on what Comic Con had been running for years\u2026 they have some bugs to work on for next year, but they did a nice job overall.<\/p>\n

I met some AMAZING people this year\u2026 Joey<\/strong> (also of the band, Curious Quail<\/strong>– go check out their website \u2026 http:\/\/curiousquail.com<\/a>\u00a0 \u00a0…it’s way cool with lots of gifs from APE and really great music!)\u2026 the fun personage of Susan Oleinik<\/strong> and her fun sewn goodies\u2026 Jared Konopitski<\/strong> and his awesome space kitty, Jill Allyn Stafford<\/strong> (finally after stalking her on Instagram)\u2026 dang awesome peoples all!<\/p>\n

I was introduced to the band, The Coffee Zombie Collective<\/strong>, of Santa Cruz\u2026 fun party music seen at Stritch<\/strong> in San Jose on Saturday night. The Craftsman<\/strong>, on 1st Street, San Jose was dinner that night\u2026 with Tristan, the mixologist, at the bar helm. Extraordinary Mai Tais there. Indeed!<\/p>\n

The folks who turned out for Betsy and my workshop Think It, Write It, Draw It<\/em>\u2026 were GREAT! They were most participatory \u2026 AND the ones who stopped by our tables to talk more\u2026 Allegra Colston, Rachael and her sick pal\u2026 and others whose names I didn’t catch.<\/strong> Thank you all, y’all!<\/p>\n

Harold<\/strong> is always game for fun\u2026 and I must thank him for being such a pal who always knows how to break the ice.<\/p>\n

And as always my support team and minions must be thanked profusely… Judy and Nelson<\/strong> who make it all possible.<\/p>\n
