It was the Summer of 2015…
…the first day of Summer to be precise and exact.
That’s when I started this here graphic-y novel-y style comic. It’s been 3 years and the appearance has changed, as have the characters. Randie has struggled with alone-ness… a strange irony in that she became Ryan’s partner. Ryan has changed careers, and they both exchanged the familiarity of place for a new home out of state. So to sum up, the story has really been about change.
It does mirror my own life’s dramatic changes of late… but, then again, it is my creation.
With the 3rd anniversary I ask:
What has been your favorite story or R&R incident over the last 3 years?

The twist of Emily being behind things, was fun … though so far at least less of an ongoing plot than I’d expected 😉
My favorite was the head trauma arc, as a survivor of TBI it was close to my heart and other body parts.
The Emily twist was my favorite, but it is so close with the art show build up with all of the gnomes. I think her gnome phobia is so funny.
The Gnome Art arc was my favorite. It put Randie in a vulnerable position from which she was forced to open up to herself. And the readers were able to see the full kindness of both Randie’s heart and the hearts of her friends.
The Arc where Ryan realizes he should commit to Randy formally is one of my many fav’s. I guess I’m a sucker for obtuse well-meaning people.
I enjoy the large amount of caring and support between characters, Grace and Mel for example, in many of the arcs; although the aromatic bond between Twinkie and Grace I haven’t figured out yet.
