ready-for-squidSquid Row returns tomorrow with “Squid Row Saturdays.” 

I added a bookmark widget on the site in case you wanna go back through the archive and don’t wanna lose your spot. It’s on the left under the comic.

Also, there’s a “jump to” button that has a list of the titles of each toon, and you can scroll down, click and it will take you there. My tag cloud is gone. When I updated the site recently, all the tags were lost. Sigh.

Also, Also… I added a character map page.

So I hope you enjoy the new comic smell… over on squidrowcomics.com.

Squid Row re-starts in Two DAYS! 

This Saturday, you will see some Squid dropping on Squidrowcomics.com. It’s been over a year since my tentacles went dry and we left the Squid Row gang (as a whole). I’ve missed them. Once again, I’ve dipped my pen in the squid ink…

Here’s a sketch I did recently (of someone you’ll meet soon).

I want you all to know that I appreciate your support and readership on both Randie & Ryan and also Squid Row. I hope that you enjoy the coming cartoons on both sites. Please feel free to drop me comments and criticisms.

June 4th Start Nears!

This coming Saturday… it happens! Squid Row returns! Are you ready for the fun to re-begin!? Squidrowcomics.com

Here are a few answers to some questions you might have:

  • Squid is going to drop every Saturday. You will then get two days of Randie and Ryan (Tues/Thurs)… and then a Saturday Squid Row. This may change in the future… but this is where we start.
  • You will see Randie & Ryan from time to time in Squid Row, but they are no longer the focus of the comic strip. Again, nothing is set in stone (I’ve learned to accept that fluid is better)… and this is where we are right now. THE FOCUS of the comic strip is the community of “Squid Row” where the artists are trying to scratch out a living.
  • You’ll see many of the same characters that you got to know and love from before, and there will be some notable new ones.
  • The strips will no longer be relegated to any particular number of panels… one week it could be from 1-4 panels, then 6-8 the next week. There is no set format… but it will be the humor strip that it was before, Plus.

Squid Row is coming back! 

You will find it returning to the internet near you beginning Saturday, June 4th! It’ll be a bit different… You’ll see a few new characters mucking about… and you’ll get to know some of the familiars more better, as well.

Ever wonder if Mouse “got over” Randie? Is Grace still employed? What’s going on with Midge at the comic book shop? Where’s Twinkie?

Well, you’ll find out starting the first Saturday in June. And you’ll still get Randie & Ryan here on Tuesdays and Thursdays!
